Mass for Robert F. Latham, 46, a former Chicagoan, will be said at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Frankfort, Ky. Mr. Latham, of Frankfort, died Sunday in Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, Ky. He was general manager of Webster Electric Co. in Frankfort. Survivors include his wife, Carol A.; three daughters, Joan Reynolds, Barbara and Julie; his father, James H.; his stepmother, Audrey; a brother; and a grandson.
