Gates Corp. said it will sell its majority interest in Gates Learjet for $56.8 million to a group that includes Learjet management. A partnership formed by Integrated Acquisition Inc. and Learjet managers agreed to pay $7.25 a share in cash for Gates Corp.`s 64.8 percent interest in Learjet.
