Services for Donald Lee Whitehead, 50, owner of Don Di Men`s Clothiers, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel at 3019 W. Peterson Ave. Mr. Whitehead died Friday in Evanston Hospital. He lived in Evanston and owned two Chicago clothing stores. Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Izenman and Lisa Brooke; two sons, Donald and Bryon; and two brothers.
