Quaker Oats Co. has sold Igloo Products Corp., a Houston-based manufacturer and distributor of consumer and industrial ice chests and beverage coolers with annual sales of $110 million. The buyer is Igloo Holdings Inc., owned by certain affiliates of First Boston Corp. and some individual investors.
