AT NIPPERSINK It`s almost business as usual at the Nippersink Resort near Lake Geneva, Wis. A fire earlier this summer destroyed the dining room and kitchen facilities, but the Nippersink management quickly arranged catering and converted the resort`s night club into dining accommodations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After the evening meal, the room is converted back into a night club.
No other part of the resort was damaged–smoke or water included–by the fire. Meanwhile, construction work continues on the dining room and kitchen facilities.
The 161-room resort will remain open until mid-October and reopen in early May. Weekend packages are available.
For more information, contact Nippersink Resort, 800-646-7465.
