Services for Lillian Kubiak, 82, of Kenilworth, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., in the suburb. Mrs. Kubiak died Saturday in Holy Family Hospital, Des Plaines. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Lamb, and four grandchildren.
