I completely agree with your editorial regarding the absurdity of a World Series played entirely on artificial turf (and partially indoors).
”Baseball” played on such surfaces is an entirely different game, perhaps better termed turfball.
Therefore, I propose the traditional American and National Leagues be disbanded to form two new leagues-the AL (Artificial League) and NL (Natural League). The Cubs and White Sox, therefore, finally would be true natural rivals.
