I would like to express deep concern regarding the latest transgressions perpetuated by the Israeli military on the Palestinian people in the occupied territories.
To equate Palestinians and ”terrorists” is not plausible. Israel has not made any efforts to come to an arrangement with the Arabs. We are talking about human rights in the USSR; what about human rights in Israel?
As long as we do not see the Israeli government moving from its intransigent (and outright arrogant) position, we feel that indeed there is very little difference with the situation we faced 50 years ago in Germany.
We cannot allow the U.S. government to continue supporting Israel when human rights are blatantly being violated.
