Ted Schmid, owner and pharmacist of the Schmid Pharmacy in Glen Ellyn for 20 years, died Friday in his Wheaton home. Mr. Schmid, 55, was a member of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn. Mr. Schmid is survived by his wife, Florence; his mother, Alice; five daughters, Laurel Aulie, Lisa Helm, Amy Dennis, Rebecca and Julie; a sister; and a grandchild. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the College Church, Wheaton.
