The Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations has scheduled its annual Vendor Fair for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Hotel Sofitel, 5550 N. River Rd., Rosemont.
The event will feature more than 50 exhibitors representing property management, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, engineering, roofing, insurance and accounting firms.
