Services for Irving B. Melamed, 75, former Midwest regional attorney for Saks Fifth Avenue, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. He died Tuesday in his Evanston home. Mr. Melamed was an attorney for Saks for 30 years until he retired in 1978. He is survived by his wife, Trina; a son, David; a daughter, Eleanor Sonenthal; four grandchildren; and a sister.
