FMR Corp., the Boston-based mutual fund holding company, and an affiliate raised their stake in Chicago-based G.R.I. Corp. to 29 percent from 27.9 percent. The FMR group holds 648,900 G.R.I. shares, including 23,700 shares bought May 6 to 11 for $9.57 to $10.14 a share.
