An order to release imprisoned former Cook County Circuit Judge Reginald Holzer was reversed Friday by the U.S. Court of Appeals. Last month U.S. District Judge Prentice Marshall ordered Holzer freed pending his resentencing on extortion charges.
Holzer was convicted on charges of extortion, mail fraud and racketeering charges in 1986.
