The Woody Winston Medical Center will offer free school physical examinations for children from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the medical center, 650 E. Phoenix Dr., Phoenix.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive a physical examination. Parents are asked to bring the child`s immunization record.
Children will be able to receive various health tests or screenings, including: vision, hearing, lead levels, urinanalysis, dental and cholesterol. Immunizations will be offered.
