What a national disgrace. Another blue ribbon American business establishment, Pillsbury, taken over by another foreign conglomerate.

The Reagan administration is a disaster that will be felt for many generations. The national debt almost tripled. An annual trade deficit of up to $170 billion is based on a free trade policy that seems to work one way. A thrift savings industry is a debacle that may cost the American taxpayers up to $100 billion to bail out. The dollar lost up to 50 percent purchasing power in relation to currency of other major industrial countries.
