Matt Conrad scored 13 points in the fourth quarter, including a decisive three-pointer with two seconds left, to lead Benet Academy to a 62-60 upset of Wheaton St. Francis Friday night in Lisle.

St. Francis led 60-56 when Conrad hit a jumper to bring Benet within two with 26 seconds left. St. Francis twice had a chance to open up a bigger lead, but Scott England missed the front end of two one-and-one opportunities in the next 15 seconds.

After the second miss, Benet`s Neil Fitzgerald got the rebound and the Redwings, with no timeouts remaining, worked it downcourt to Conrad. He hit the three-pointer from the top of the key to give Benet its first lead of the night. St. Francis was called for a foul on the subsequent inbounds play and Benet`s Dennis Krob`s free throw made it 62-60.
