4,000 RAIL CARS CHANGE HANDS

Duchoissois Industries Inc., Elmhurst, said its subsidiary,

Transportation Corp. of America, sold 4,000 rail cars to Chrysler Rail Transportation Corp. of Chicago for more than $100 million. Terms of the sale include a multiyear contract for Transportation Corp. to provide leasing, marketing and administrative services for the cars.
