Services for Adeline R. Horwitz, 80, a lifelong resident of Chicago, will be held at noon Friday in Memorial Park Mausoleum, 9900 Gross Point Rd., Skokie. Mrs. Horwitz, who died Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital and Health Care Center, was a homemaker. She was the widow of the late Samuel C. Horwitz, a master in chancery for the Cook County Circuit Court. Mrs. Horwitz is survived by a son, Marvin; a daughter, Beverly Cohen; seven grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and a sister.
