Services for Frieda Blackman, 73, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mrs. Blackman died Sunday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She was an executive and member of the board of directors of Elgin Super Auto, in Elgin, which her late husband, Albert, founded 35 years ago. Mrs. Blackman was a native Chicagoan who had lived in Northbrook for the last 15 years and just recently moved back to the city. She was a member of Hadassah and World Vision. Survivors include two daughters, Ellen and Marian Rohde; eight grandchildren; and a sister.
