– Jack Sandner, president of RB&H Inc. and senior policy adviser to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, was reappointed to the central regional business conduct committee of the National Futures Association during a meeeting of the association`s board of directors in Washington. The committee, which Sandner has chaired since 1983, is a key industry self-regulation mechanism.
