The National Black United Front takes strong disagreement with the biased column of Bernie Lincicome on Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
This column ranks with the remarks of Al Campanas. Lincicome had the nerve to talk about Kareem`s ”genetics.” Did Lincicome mean that Kareem was ”bred” for his height? What about Jerry West? Larry Bird? Is there a farm for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbars and not the above mentioned? In all of Lincicome`s columns has he ever talked of genetics in reference to a white basketball player`s height or talent?
