Tired of selling other people`s concepts and creations, marketing managers Tracy Ury (above, right) and Lorri Bernstein (left) decided to put together a few of their own. The result is a service of the times, featuring

”special gifts for special people.” Most offerings are personalized; all are handmade, handcrafted or customized. ”Everyone`s busy, and we save them time,” Ury said. ”If there`s something you need, chances are we can find it or have it made,” Bernstein said. Two ”special gifts”: a hand-painted magazine rack by Karen Riche ($125) and individually tailored three-dimensional ”caricatures” by Jill Meyerhoff (above, $85; large ones can be made for $300 and up). Also available: unique picture frames, kiddie accouterments, home items and stationery. At oodles, 404-0100, by appointment only.
