Of course reducing pollution, auto emissions and acid rain would cost money; Commonwealth Edison can estimate up to $100 per household per year. So what?
Right now, our air is free; but what amount of money will be able to replace it when it`s too filth-laden to breathe safely? What price can we set on the forests that are being destroyed by acid rain?
