According to a recent Tribune story, the Senate Transportation Committee approved a measure which would require all drivers involved in an accident to take a drug test or lose their licenses for a month.
In other words, if someone rams into me while I`m stopped at a stop sign, I could lose my license for refusing to urinate in front of a police officer.
