– MAI Basic Four Inc. extended until July 10 the cash tender offer by its wholly owned subsidiary for all outstanding Prime Computer Inc. common shares. MAI Basic is offering $19.50 a share for 75 percent of Prime Computer`s fully diluted stock, and $21 a share in notes for the remainder.
