Regarding the article on July 30 in the Tempo section on the fur industry:
The fur industry refers to animals as a ”renewable resource,” and also says that people should have ”freedom of choice” and ”control over their own body temperatures.” Is that what it has all come down to-that animals are objects, things we can destroy at will for our own selfish desires?
Please remember this. The world doesn`t revolve only around us. To borrow a phrase from the Friends of Animals organization: ”It`s their world, too.”
