I`m somewhat concerned about your journalistic itegrity relative to coverage of U.S. Rep. Gus Savage and Mayor Daley.
I find it difficult to understand how or why you give front page coverage to an alleged Gus Savage incident of three years ago while burying in Section 2, page 3 a story about Mayor Daley`s plan ”to slash 2,000 city jobs.”
Do you really believe that you have correctly positioned these two stories based on their importance to Chicagoans?
When one sees this kind of illogical positioning of news stories, it`s easy to understand why many say the media are ”out to get Gus Savage” and are going out of their way to ”make Mayor Daley look good.”
