Rep. Rostenkowski`s response to a group of senior citizens demonstrating against the Catastrophic health bill by saying ”they don`t understand” is the height of arrogance and unconcern for the people he is supposed to represent. It just might be that Mr. Rostenkowski doesn`t understand.
Analysis of this bill shows that it will never accomplish what it was supposed to. If he thinks this is good government, which obviously it isn`t, I think the voters will look at all the other things Mr. Rostenkowski is trying to shove down our throats.
