Services for Bernice Horwitch, 79, a longtime volunteer at Weiss Memorial Hospital, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel at 5206 N. Broadway. Mrs. Horwitch, a resident of the Near North Side, died Saturday in
Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is survived by two sons, Robert and I. William; a sister; and four grandchildren.
