Am I the only one ashamed-ashamed of our two senators who, in spite of a prior agreement, are now fighting to keep open Chanute Air Force Base and Fort Sheridan?
I admired Congress when it arrived at the agreement to close all or none. Now our ”distinguished” senators are trying to break the agreement. I am sure they hope to gain votes by this move, but they lost mine.
