Services for Alfred Hoffmann, 76, cofounder of the Accurate Tire Co., 3235 N. Western Ave., which he operated until his death, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Mr. Hoffmann, who was president of Accurate Tire, died Wednesday in Rush North Shore Medical Center, Skokie. A Skokie resident, Mr. Hoffmann is survived by three sisters, Ethel Lochowitz, Dorothy Rosenthal and Jaye Lewitz; and a brother, Morris.
