– Rolling Meadows 81, Addison Trail 61-Mike Lipinsky had 38 points and Brian McIntyre added 15 for No. 9 Rolling Meadows (19-2) in a nonconference game. Dave Kowsky (16 points) and Tom Roberts (12) led Addison Trail (12-9).

– Eisenhower 58, Thornwood 41-Troy Hubbard scored 20 and Drennon Jones added 11 for 10th-ranked Eisenhower (20-4, 7-2) in SICA East action. Cliff Floyd`s 13 points led Thornwood (13-8, 2-6).

– Simeon 46, South Shore 43-Belefia Parks scored 12 and Cyrus McGinnis 10 for first-place Simeon`s 19th-ranked Public League Red-South leaders (12-5, 7-0). Kerman Ali had 12 and Neville Dyson 10 for South Shore (10-8, 3-4).

– CVS 72, Carver 57-Juwan Howard tallied 20 points and Vernell Brent added 14 to lead four players in double figures as Chicago Vocational (16-4, 5-2)

rolled in the Red-South. Quentin Benson managed 17 and Webster James 15 for Carver (12-8, 3-4).

– Westinghouse 62, Young 56-Westinghouse (15-4, 9-0) built a 22-17 halftime lead and coasted to stay unbeaten in the Red-West behind Ernie Sivels (18 points), Daniel Crosby (11) and Len Moffett and Antoine Morris (10 apiece).

– Hyde Park 80, Kenwood 57-Nate King had 19 points and Lester Perkins 16 as Hyde Park (12-6, 5-3) rolled in the Blue-South. Anton Jones had 18 and Ogi Eggleston and Jeff Harris 11 apiece for Kenwood (9-10, 3-5).

– Crane 68, Marshall 66-Kelly Greer scored 33 for Crane (10-6, 6-2) in the Red-West. Cesare Christian (22 points) and Quadell Kimble (15) led Marshall

(7-12, 2-6).

– Bowen 84, Washington 49-Narville Dyson had 22 points and Keith Fields 20 to lift Bowen (11-7, 4-4) in the Blue-South.

– Near North 97, Metro 79-Ricky Sails had 31 and Frank Iverson added 27 for Blue-West-leading Near North (11-2, 7-0).

– North Shore 57, Cathedral 53-North Shore (1-15), trailing 46-39 after three quarters, went on an 18-7 fourth-quarter tear to rally past Cathedral. Jake DeFrancesca (19 points) led the winners.

– Lake Forest Academy 84, University High 66-Eric Stisser (25 points), Shane Lyon (18) and Zaid Abdul-Aleem (15) led Lake Forest Academy (10-6, 7-5) in the Independent School League. Odari Waiters (22 points) paced U-High (8-12, 7-5). – Joliet Central 68, Bolingbrook 41-James Winters had 18 points and Randy Tucker 17 as the Steelmen (14-6, 5-3) kept their hopes alive in the SICA West. – Joliet West 67, Andrew 56-Michael Smith (16 points) and Tony Marion (14) led Joliet West (16-4, 6-2) against SICA West rival Andrew. Chris Delany (20 points) and Dave Dehaan (15) led the Thunderbolts (15-6, 6-3).

– Joliet Central 68, Bolingbrook 41-James Winters (18 points) and Randy Tucker (17) paced Joliet Central (14-6, 5-3) in the SICA West. Bolingbrook falls to 2-19, 0-9.

– Marengo 54, Grayslake 39-Conference-leading Marengo (17-2, 10-1) outscored Grayslake 22-9 in the second quarter of the Northwest Suburban matchup.

– Quigley South 61, Luther South 42-Marshall Morgan (21 points) and Courtney Rogers (10) paced Quigley South (14-7) in a nonconference game. Prentiss Rhodes had 11 points for Luther South (15-8).

– Fenton 59, Mundelein 48-Fred Warren (18 points), Nick Marshall (17)and Mike Grossi (14) sparked Fenton (14-7, 9-5) in the North Suburban. Mundelein is 10-11, 6-8.

– Stagg 72, Oak Lawn 70 (OT)-Joe Caracci scored 28 and Mark Porn added 18 for Stagg (8-11, 5-3), which outscored Oak Lawn 5-3 in overtime of the SICA North game. Mike Gedville (27 points) and Ron Omiecinski (16 points) led Oak Lawn

(3-17, 1-8).

– Gordon Tech 77, Maine East 64-Tom Kleinschmidt (28 points, eight rebounds), Antoine Gillespie (17 points) and Brian Allen (12) led No. 2 Gordon Tech

(20-1) in a nonconference game.

– Buffalo Grove 67, Loyola 64-Rob Paolillo scored 27 and Rich Carew added 13 for Buffalo Grove (15-6) in a nonconference game. David Antunovich and Rob Feaster scored 18 apiece for Loyola (15-7).

– Westmont 74, IMSA 73 (OT)-Dave Coughlin hit a pair of free throws with one second left in overtime to win the nonconference game for Westmont (16-7). John Schied scored 25) for the victors. Matt McLean (24) and Joe Turek (23)

led IMSA (12-6).

– Marist 52, Benet Academy 48-Senior forward Carl Cozen (20 points) broke a school record with 1,298 career points for Marist (12-7). Neil Fitzgerald had 22 points to lead Benet Academy (11-8).

WRESTLING

– Peotone 37, Evergreen Park 20-John Young (145), Jeff Haag (152) and Ed Marevka (275) won titles for host Peotone (20-5). 135-pounder Jason Beever

(34-0) led Evergreen Park (18-7).

– La Salle-Peru 50, Pontiac 9-Freshman Eric Siebert (36-4) was the 130-pound champ while Keith Wenzel (160) and Andy Langham (189) also won for La Salle-Peru (22-3) in its Class A regional.

– Harvard 56, Ridgewood 8-Tim McConnell (103), Ryan Sciame (112), Steve Wood

(145), Ed Henning (160) and John Halvicek (275) all won with pins for Harvard (24-4-1). Ridgewood is 14-7.

– Waubonsie Valley 27, Oswego 26-Hugh Williams (28-1), who had been wrestling at 189 pounds during the regular season, won the heavyweight title for Waubonsie Valley (20-2). Raphael Wilson (130) also won for the Warriors. Shannon Gregory (34-0), who had been wrestling at 112, won his match at 119 pounds for Oswego (15-9).

– Round Lake 31, Waukegan West 24-125-pounder Dave Minjares (34-3) won with a pin in 51 seconds, while 119-pounder Jason Gilley (36-1) pinned his opponent in 1:20 for host Round Lake (20-1). Mike Pratt (112) and Scott Collins (130)

also won for the victors. Waukegan West is 15-6.

– Proviso East 34, Lyons Township 20-Vern Hanson (112), James Walton (145) and Sidney Hooks (152) each won matches for Proviso East (14-4).

– Tinley Park 31, Andrew 27-George Hollendoner won his match with a pin in 1:14 for Tinley Park (14-8) at Bremen. 145-pounder Bob Bartowiak (32-1) paced Andrew (18-4-1).

– De Kalb 36, Belvidere 22-140-pounder Sam Walt (32-0) and Jamie Poff (275)

won titles for host De Kalb (19-2). Belvidere is 17-2 with the loss.

– Dundee-Crown 31, Woodstock 23-130-pounder Chad Ledford (35-4) guided Dundee- Crown (21-2) to victory at McHenry. Herb Blankenship (125), Matt Shaffer

(160) and Tim Schuring (275) also won titles for the victors. Woodstock is 18-5 with the loss.

– Palatine 37, Wheeling 23-Matt Gould (119) pinned his opponent in 3:13 to lead host Palatine (20-2). Alex Rivera (125), Greg Lorenz (130) and Baco Benton (145) also won titles for the victors.

– Libertyville 47, Highland Park 18-112-pounder Benny Cho pinned his opponent in 1:29, while Mel Heckmann (189) won with a pin in 5:54 for Libertyville

(18-3) at Lake Forest.

– Lane Tech 33, Bogan 28-125-pounder Chris Klotz (34-3) was voted best wrestler, while Art Cristino (189) and Howard Bailey (275) also guided Lane Tech (17-6) to the Public League regional victory.

– Fenton 42, Leyden 22-189-pounder Chris Ziegler (32-0) recorded his 20th pin of the year while 171-pounder Gordon Blyd (32-0) also paced Fenton (18-3-1). Host Leyden is 18-4 with the loss.

– Edwardsville 33, Collinsville 29-Deveron Reising (189) and Neil Strader

(275) led host Edwardsville (20-8). Collinsville falls to 17-7.

– Carbondale 51, Murphysboro 8-112-pounder Peter Smith (32-3) and 171-pounder Ian Blache (32-2) paced Carbondale (17-1). Murphysboro is 16-6.

– Glenbard West 26, Glenbard North 25-125-pounder Tony Rigitano (36-3) and Jim Sepricka (275) won titles for Glenbard West at Wheaton North. Glenbard North is 16-5.

– Sandwich 33, Plano 22-112-pounder Trevor Elliot (34-0) led host Sandwich
