John R. Tomczyk, 57, a guidance counselor at Addison Trail High School, Addison, and secretary of the Addison Police Commission, died Friday in his Addison home. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two sons, James and David; and three brothers. Mass for Mr. Tomczyk will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 1223 W. Holtz Ave., Addison.
