Once again I see the governor of Illinois and the mayor of Chicago have decided what is best for us. They have decided that we will have a domed stadium for the Bears football team to play a few games a year.
I think that if anyone was to go into the neighborhoods and take a survey he would find that the average man balks at using his taxes to subsidize a private business venture. In spite of the politicians` predictions, you can rest assured that we will pay increased taxes for this fiasco.
