President Bush can hardly contain himself in praising the heroics of the Czechs` Vaclav Havel and the Poles` Lech Walesa in their successful efforts in gaining freedom for their countries.

As long as we allow the Reagan-Bush policies in El Salvador, where dissent is immediately resolved by death squads, the likes of a Havel or Walesa will only become bullet-riddled martyrs in a ditch by the side of the road!
