Arthur M. Ischinger, 79, a retired Chicago dentist who practiced on the Northwest Side for 52 years, died Thursday at his home in Ft. Collins, Colo. He is survived by his wife, Eunice; two sons, Martin and Lee; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday in Ft. Collins.
