Elizabeth Krause, 78, the wife of former University of Notre Dame athletic director Edward ”Moose” Krause, died Wednesday in St. Joseph`s Medical Center in South Bend, Ind. Mrs. Krause, a South Bend resident, is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mary Carrigan; two sons, the Rev. Edward C. and Philip; a sister; a brother; and five grandchildren. Mass will be said at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Stepan Center on the Notre Dame campus.
