We no longer will have ”murderers,” ”rapists” or just plain
”criminals”; instead we will have the ”behaviorally challenged.” We`ll have to retrain prison guards to become ”shepherds of the behaviorally challenged.”
And what, pray tell, do we call the poor dead victims-the ”behaviorally incapacitated”? Actually, it seems to me the only ”challenge” is trying to determine how much longer the taxpayers will tolerate this pseudo-intellectual sheep dip.
