On Aug. 29 the Tribune reported that the Denver Boot caught up with a person who had 475 parking tickets. According to the city parking
administrator, the city is still looking for at least a dozen with even more parking violations.
The champion, still on the loose, has more than 800 parking tickets and owes more then $40,000; unbelievable!
Is the department that has charge of this mess still using crayons?
