The developers of St. Charles` new regional shopping mall have announced that the opening of the $85 million project is being delayed until Aug. 15.
Wilmorite Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., had planned to open Charlestowne Mall at North Avenue and Kirk Road on April 4, but economic conditions are forcing it to wait, the announcement said.
