The City Council has approved the preliminary plat for a proposed 32-acre subdivision and agreed to begin annexation negotiations on the property targeted to become part of the city`s far west boundary.
City Administrator Gerald R. Peterson said the proposed White Oak Ridge subdivision would include 30 residential lots, half of which would measure about three-quarters of an acre.
