A man accused of quarreling with police officers investigating a domestic complaint was arrested on a misdemeanor charge late Wednesday, Elgin police reported. David S. Magana, 24, of 224 Jefferson Ave., Elgin, is charged with obstructing a police officer at a home in the 400 block of Division Street. Magana is to appear in Kane County Circuit Court on May 17.
