Almost 200 years ago Henry Lee eulogized George Washington with the following statement: ”First in war, first in peace, first in the hearts of his countrymen.”
Lee, today, if called upon to eulogize George Bush would probably say,
”First in war, last in peace, and first in the hearts of the emir of Kuwait and the emir`s many relatives.” Or more succinctly, ”Once an oil man always an oil man.”
