When welder Lois Robinson had had enough of Jacksonville (Fla.) shipyards co-workers` comments on pinup calendars` closeup photos of female genitals, she sued the company. Federal Judge Howell Melton ruled that such calender art commentary is indeed a form of sexual harassment. For their effort, Melton and Robinson won Working Mother magazine`s ”all-day lollipop” award this month.
