”Hands of Faith” starts strong with powerful, soulful rock reminiscent of more bestial Living Colour. Sadly, San Francisco`s Circle of Soul wallows in uncreative lyrics centering on macho posing, and even the melodies get tired after five songs. The group needs a little less attitude and a lot more substance.
