A man who police described as a transient remained in the McHenry County Jail in lieu of $22,000 bail Monday following his arrest last week in a grocery on marijuana charges. Two officers saw Eric Fugelstad, 26, in the store and knew he was wanted on warrants for failing to appear in court, according to Woodstock police. While placing Fugelstad under arrest on those charges, police said they found marijuana in his pockets.
