Two motorists accused of drag-racing on Irving Park Road early Wednesday were each cited for two traffic offenses, Streamwood police reported.
Sandra D. Haislet, 17, and Sean T. McHugh, 19, both of 2332 Onyx Ct., Schaumburg, were each ticketed for squealing their tires and drag-racing at about 1 a.m., police said.
A patrol officer reported seeing the drivers speed off when a traffic signal on westbound Irving Park Road at Park Boulevard turned green. The two cars were stopped by police at Irving Park and Winchester Drive.
