An 18-year-old reputed gang member from Joliet was arrested early Tuesday in Aurora and charged with aggravated assault and armed violence after allegedly threatening a 19-year-old man with a gun.
Terrance Dale Brooks of 206 2nd Ave. was released from Aurora City Jail after posting $500 bond. He allegedly threatened a man at 1122 Kane St. with a gun and then fled to a nearby home, where he was arrested.
