Palatine trustees have rescheduled garbage pickup days at the request of the village`s refuse hauler, Browning-Ferris Industries.
The new schedule, to take effect Aug. 1, will have pickups of garbage, recyclables and yard waste on Mondays in the southern half of the village and Tuesdays in the northern half.
