Dr. Robert Fitzgerald, 60, a Glen Ellyn physician and member of the Du Page County Board of Health, died Monday while attending a medical seminar in Cleveland. An internist in private practice since the 1960s, Dr. Fitzgerald was president of the medical staff of Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital and Clinic. He also was a staff member at Elmhurst Memorial and Central Du Page Hospitals and Glen Oaks Medical Center, and was featured weekly on ”The Doctor Is In” talk show of WDCB-FM, the College of Du Page radio station. He is survived by his wife, Carol; a son, Robert; and two daughters, Susan Hagerty and Debra Ravenscraft. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane Ave., Glen Ellyn. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave., Glen Ellyn.
